Spectators: 7479 (Terracing: 5611, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Eliodor Văcăroiu made the kick off and thus started the match. Iustinian Voiculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Moșanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Sabin Rednic kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Valeriu Druga, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 10 minutes, Eliodor Văcăroiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Henciu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Văcăroiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Radutestii FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Văcăroiu came free, but Iustinian Voiculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eliodor Văcăroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes in the game, Pavel Buș dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Sabin Rednic hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Eliodor Văcăroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Iustinian Voiculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ferdinand Cosoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Cobzeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Andrițoiu having to interfere. Ferdinand Cosoreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Buș in the 38th minute of play forced Radutestii FCM's goalkeeper Iustinian Voiculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pavel Buș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustinian Voiculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Văcăroiu in the 43rd minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Gabriel Cobzeanu made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Radutestii FCM getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gheorghe Jula hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Radutestii FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Văcăroiu came free, but Iustinian Voiculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorel Bologan charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorel Bologan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, Dorel Bologan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Cobzeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Iustinian Voiculescu went to the wrong direction when Valeriu Druga was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliodor Văcăroiu in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iustinian Voiculescu saved Radutestii FCM from getting behind. When Gheorghe Jula fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Radutestii FCM's protests and gave Gheorghe Jula a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Radutestii FCM getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gheorghe Jula hit a great ball. With a little luck, Radutestii FCM's Iustinian Voiculescu got control of the ball when Pavel Buș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henciu's Ioan Andrițoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Cobzeanu in the 92nd minute of play. Iustinian Voiculescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliodor Văcăroiu's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Gabriel Cobzeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ioan Andrițoiu having to make a save. The supporters of Radutestii FCM booed when Henciu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Ignat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
