Spectators: 7587 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Cobzeanu started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Radutestii FCM. Marin Musta stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicodim Robu. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Radutestii FCM's zone, Răzvan Bordeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iustinian Voiculescu came out of the goal and Răzvan Bordeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Gabriel Cobzeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Robu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Radutestii FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Cornel Nanu came free, but Iustinian Voiculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gheorghe Jula during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Gheorghe Jula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Nanu in the 18th minute of play forced Radutestii FCM's goalkeeper Iustinian Voiculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Ionuț Comăneci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustinian Voiculescu. Radutestii FCM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionuț Comăneci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Comăneci in the 24th minute of play forced Radutestii FCM's goalkeeper Iustinian Voiculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iustinian Voiculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Nanu in the 25th minute of play. Nicodim Robu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Jula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Radutestii FCM getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ivan Ostoici hit a great ball. If Ionuț Comăneci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinand Cosoreanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicodim Robu could save by the left post. Cornel Nanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Perchiu CF booed when Radutestii FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Cosoreanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustinian Voiculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Comăneci in the 40th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, Perchiu CF's Liviu Chițu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iustinian Voiculescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 45 minutes, Dorel Bologan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Radutestii FCM and the Perchiu CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Ionuț Comăneci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Cornel Nanu made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Perchiu CF getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Panait Răducu hit a great ball. In the 56th minute of the match Marin Musta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicodim Robu skillfully saved the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Cornel Nanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iustinian Voiculescu. Cornel Nanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 63rd minute Gheorghe Jula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Robu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Radutestii FCM got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Olariu. Răzvan Bordeanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iustinian Voiculescu. Radutestii FCM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicodim Robu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Cobzeanu in the 75th minute of play. Radutestii FCM's Gheorghe Jula got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Răzvan Bordeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Cornel Nanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Voiculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Comăneci took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iustinian Voiculescu. Iustinian Voiculescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. In the 91st minute Gabriel Cobzeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Robu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Răzvan Bordeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liviu Chițu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Iustinian Voiculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
