Spectators: 7494 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horaţiu Anastasiu kicked off to start the match. Liviu Chițu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionică Siteavu having to interfere. Flavius Păstrăv charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavius Păstrăv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Flavius Păstrăv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Dirja CSS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ionuț Petriceanu hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Perchiu CF's Răzvan Bordeanu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ionuț Comăneci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ionică Siteavu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Dirja CSS's Ionică Siteavu got control of the ball when Ionuț Comăneci tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 20 played minutes Dirja CSS got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Petriceanu. Ionică Siteavu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Anastasiu in the 22nd minute of play. If Liviu Chițu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horaţiu Anastasiu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Ionică Siteavu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Anton Huștea hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Nicodim Robu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Trăistaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Perchiu CF's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Trăistaru came free, but Nicodim Robu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Dirja CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Comăneci came free, but Ionică Siteavu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Horaţiu Anastasiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dirja CSS's Ionică Siteavu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Liviu Chițu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horaţiu Anastasiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionică Siteavu having to interfere. Ionică Siteavu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Nanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sorin Mavrodin to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Sorin Mavrodin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sorin Mavrodin in the 55th minute of play forced Perchiu CF's goalkeeper Nicodim Robu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Aristide Trăistaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Robu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristide Trăistaru came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicodim Robu could save by the left post. Aristide Trăistaru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicodim Robu came out and tried to block the shot, but Aristide Trăistaru slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 59th minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Liviu Chițu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perchiu CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Chițu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horaţiu Anastasiu took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionică Siteavu. Ionică Siteavu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Codrin Iorga kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Ionică Siteavu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horaţiu Anastasiu's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute Cornel Nanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Siteavu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, David Enișteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Perchiu CF's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Trăistaru came free, but Nicodim Robu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dirja CSS's zone, Horaţiu Anastasiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionică Siteavu came out of the goal and Horaţiu Anastasiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ionică Siteavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Nanu in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Ionuț Comăneci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Siteavu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionică Siteavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Nanu in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Perchiu CF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
