Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) In the 10th minute, Liviu Chițu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perchiu CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nicodim Robu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Ignat in the 14th minute of play. Perchiu CF's Nicodim Robu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Văcăroiu in the 16th minute of play. Horaţiu Anastasiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ioan Andrițoiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Ionuț Comăneci made a precise shot to the right of Ioan Andrițoiu. Henciu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 30th minute Liviu Chițu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ioan Andrițoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornel Nanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ioan Andrițoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Henciu getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Emil Urseanu hit a great ball. Liviu Chițu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Eliodor Văcăroiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horaţiu Anastasiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes Perchiu CF got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Chițu. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horaţiu Anastasiu to make the kick off. Horaţiu Anastasiu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Ioan Andrițoiu 51 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes Henciu got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Buș. Emil Urseanu's late challenge caught a Perchiu CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Urseanu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Henciu getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Emil Urseanu hit a great ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Cornel Nanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perchiu CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornel Nanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ioan Andrițoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Huștea went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the game, Marian Ignat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Nicodim Robu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Henciu's Pavel Buș got a free kick in the 67th minute. Ionuț Comăneci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicodim Robu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Buș in the 70th minute of the match. Perchiu CF's Liviu Chițu got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horaţiu Anastasiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Perchiu CF booed when Henciu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Buș didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Ionuț Comăneci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perchiu CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ionuț Comăneci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ioan Andrițoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Ichimescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ioan Andrițoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Henciu booed when Perchiu CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Nanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ioan Andrițoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horaţiu Anastasiu's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Cornel Nanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perchiu CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornel Nanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ioan Andrițoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
