Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gică Câmpeanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Rareș Brezoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adam Pintilie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Pompiliu Alucai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andréas Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Pintilie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Pompiliu Alucai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NLC Stars's Andréas Nordal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Alucai in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, NLC Stars's Rareș Brezoi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Adam Pintilie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andréas Nordal having to make a save. Gică Câmpeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dan Mandache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pompiliu Alucai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to NLC Stars getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Marius Steriopol hit a great ball. After 38 minutes NLC Stars's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mihai Ciorogaru who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alex Mărăscu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NLC Stars's Andréas Nordal did a great save. Andréas Nordal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Alucai in the 48th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pompiliu Alucai made a kick off. Gică Câmpeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Mandache having to interfere. Dan Mandache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Câmpeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pompiliu Alucai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Andréas Nordal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Bernea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Alucai in the 77th minute of play forced NLC Stars's goalkeeper Andréas Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andréas Nordal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Pintilie in the 87th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Ujfalu CS's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Câmpeanu came free, but Dan Mandache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, NLC Stars's Andrei Urdeş broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
