Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudiu Trifu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Adam Pintilie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sohodolu CSS's goalkeeper Octav Manciulea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Laurențiu Finteșteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Claudiu Trifu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Mandache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ştefan Grindeanu fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sohodolu CSS's protests and gave Ştefan Grindeanu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Sohodolu CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Grindeanu to maneuver through the defense. Octav Manciulea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Alucai in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ujfalu CS's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Trifu came free, but Dan Mandache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pompiliu Alucai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octav Manciulea was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. If Adam Pintilie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ştefan Grindeanu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 26 minutes had been played. After 27 played minutes Sohodolu CSS got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Grindeanu. 28 minutes into the game, Isac Ferenț was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sohodolu CSS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ujfalu CS the free kick. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sohodolu CSS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mihai Ciorogaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Ujfalu CS's players had a chance to rest. Adam Pintilie was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sohodolu CSS's Radu Roşoga got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radu Roşoga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Pintilie in the 43rd minute of play forced Sohodolu CSS's goalkeeper Octav Manciulea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Sorin Văduva clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. 44 minutes into the game, Laurențiu Finteșteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sohodolu CSS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ujfalu CS the free kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Grigore Crașovan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Claudiu Trifu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sohodolu CSS and the Ujfalu CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Sohodolu CSS got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Trifu. 57 minutes into the game, Radu Roşoga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dan Mandache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Radu Roşoga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Dorin Buzescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Mandache. Ujfalu CS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorin Buzescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Radu Roşoga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Mandache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Roşoga in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Laurențiu Finteșteanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Dan Mandache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Claudiu Trifu came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sohodolu CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudiu Trifu couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Sohodolu CSS's Radu Roşoga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Mandache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radu Roşoga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ujfalu CS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sohodolu CSS.
