Iustin Cigu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Iulian Avram charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iulian Avram the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, FC Rogerius Oradea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Avram to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ujfalu CS booed when FC Rogerius Oradea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustin Cigu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pompiliu Alucai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Claudiu Mâinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Augustin Racoviță could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Dan Mandache however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ujfalu CS's zone, Grigore Filipoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Mandache came out of the goal and Grigore Filipoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pompiliu Alucai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudiu Mâinea having to make a save. Adam Pintilie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudiu Mâinea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Claudiu Mâinea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Alucai, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute of the match Filip Mihaiu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudiu Mâinea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 69th match minute, FC Rogerius Oradea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustin Cigu to maneuver through the defense. Pompiliu Alucai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Rogerius Oradea's Claudiu Mâinea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rogerius Oradea from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute Pompiliu Alucai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Mâinea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionică Răduț's late challenge caught a Ujfalu CS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionică Răduț helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Rogerius Oradea's Ionică Răduț got a free kick in the 96th minute. Ujfalu CS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
