Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emanuel Datcu kicked off to start the match. After 15 minutes, Denis Trăiloiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trampoaiele CS and the Speranta Sibiu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Speranta Sibiu. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Șerban Bărănescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Speranta Sibiu's goalkeeper Șerban Bărănescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Damian Jugănaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 63 played minutes Trampoaiele CS got a freekick which was hit by Vali Seţeanu. Denis Trăiloiu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Ciprian Pupăzan didn't quite understand what happened when in the 67 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 70 played minutes Trampoaiele CS got a freekick which was hit by Vali Seţeanu. Eugen Bala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Șerban Bărănescu having to interfere.
