Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudiu Trifu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eliodor Alexandroae's late challenge caught a Sintamarie UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliodor Alexandroae helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Ivan Stelian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octav Manciulea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Claudiu Trifu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Sintamarie UFC got a corner. Sohodolu CSS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Codrin Buhăescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sintamarie UFC's Codrin Buhăescu to fire away a dangerous shot which Octav Manciulea despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Roşoga in the 19th minute of the match. Laurențiu Finteșteanu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Octav Manciulea came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Sintamarie UFC's Ivan Stelian. But to his dismay, Ivan Stelian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to Sintamarie UFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Codrin Buhăescu hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match, Claudiu Trifu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Octav Manciulea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Stelian in the 37th minute of the match. Sohodolu CSS's Octav Manciulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Otețea in the 38th minute of play. Ivan Stelian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Octav Manciulea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Radu Roşoga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu. Sintamarie UFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radu Roşoga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The long shot by Isac Ferenț in the 47th minute really tested Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Stelian was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Sergiu Ivănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Finteșteanu in the 54th minute of play forced Sintamarie UFC's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sohodolu CSS defense, Ivan Stelian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octav Manciulea. The Sohodolu CSS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octav Manciulea should have stopped the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Sintamarie UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Radu came free, but Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurențiu Finteșteanu in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sintamarie UFC defense, Radu Roşoga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu. The Sintamarie UFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute Laurențiu Finteșteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sintamarie UFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ferdinand Otețea hit a great ball. Lucrețiu Pășcuțoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Finteșteanu in the 67th minute of the match. Ştefan Grindeanu hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Codrin Buhăescu got in the 78th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Octav Manciulea and thus it was 2-7. With a little luck, Sohodolu CSS's Octav Manciulea got control of the ball when Ivan Stelian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ştefan Grindeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ştefan Grindeanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sohodolu CSS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ştefan Grindeanu hit a great ball. The Sintamarie UFC fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Sintamarie UFC's Ivan Stelian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sintamarie UFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
