Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manole Chioreanu started the match with the kick off. Eric Ciulei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Gruescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 5 played minutes Botiz got a freekick which was hit by Manole Chioreanu. Aurel Coroian was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eric Ciulei came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by FC boierasii mici's Petruț Ilie. But to his dismay, Petruț Ilie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Leontin Gruescu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Botiz's Eric Ciulei. Eric Ciulei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leontin Gruescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute Petruț Ilie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Ciulei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Gruescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eric Ciulei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manole Chioreanu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC boierasii mici's zone, Emilian Vrejiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Berca came out of the goal and Emilian Vrejiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Emilian Vrejiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Berca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Gruescus short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Eric Ciulei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC boierasii mici's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilian Vrejiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Eric Ţirpescu's late challenge caught a Botiz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Ţirpescu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Botiz booed when FC boierasii mici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Ţirpescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
