Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5659, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 100) F.C. SOFYA's Pompiliu Spiridon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Robert Martinaș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Claudiu Buga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciprian Burtescu. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, F.C. SOFYA's Pompiliu Spiridon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustav Kling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 17 minutes into the match, F.C. SOFYA's goalkeeper Ciprian Burtescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valer Hudiță. In the 19th minute, Călin Bântu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciprian Burtescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 27th minute, Pompiliu Spiridon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustav Kling was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudiu Buga in the 32nd minute of play forced F.C. SOFYA's goalkeeper Ciprian Burtescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Martinaș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Kling having to interfere. After 43 played minutes F.C. SOFYA got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Pamfil. Tocila's Jamal Glanvill couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for F.C. SOFYA.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudiu Buga to make the kick off. A collision led to F.C. SOFYA getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Augustin Pamfil hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Răzvan Frențiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Valer Hudiță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Burtescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Claudiu Buga notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of F.C. SOFYA's Ciprian Burtescu. Ciprian Burtescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Tocila booed when F.C. SOFYA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Frențiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Tocila's goalkeeper Gustav Kling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Morovan. After 73 played minutes Tocila got a freekick which was hit by Valer Hudiță. When Valer Hudiță came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Tocila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valer Hudiță couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Valer Hudiță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Burtescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in F.C. SOFYA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Ciprian Burtescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valer Hudiță went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Tocila players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
