Octavian Gârleanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Dobrotă in the 11th minute of the match. Călin Ştefănuţ made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Dumitrache in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Traian Velicu during the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ciresica's zone, Codruț Molodețiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Gârleanu came out of the goal and Codruț Molodețiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was beautiful to see Fc Bogy's Eugen Mincă in action when he in the 43rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Nicolae Dumitrache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 57 played minutes FC Ciresica got a freekick which was hit by Mircea Diaconu. When Codruț Molodețiu came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Fc Bogy fans jumped to their feet. In the 78th match minute, Fc Bogy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Mincă to maneuver through the defense. Sorin Bădilescu hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, Fc Bogy's Codruț Molodețiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavian Gârleanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Despite being the better team, Fc Bogy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
