Flavius Brânzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Mateescu in the 28th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Borussia Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Ciordaș came free, but Liviu Săvoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Borussia Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Smarandache. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Băcila got free with Liviu Săvoiu in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Flavius Mitruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Forasti AC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Traian Miclovan hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Borussia Buzău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Zub to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ferdinand Ciordaș made the kick off in the second half. When Forasti AC's Traian Miclovan in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borussia Buzău's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Mitruț in the 53rd minute of play forced Borussia Buzău's goalkeeper Liviu Săvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Adrian Băcila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Săvoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Anton Tomoiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borussia Buzău's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forasti AC the free kick. Liviu Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Iosif Trifu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forasti AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Trifu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Liviu Săvoiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavius Mitruț's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Sabin Buceceanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Buzău's Liviu Săvoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinand Ciordaș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Liviu Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Adrian Băcila notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Borussia Buzău's Liviu Săvoiu. Liviu Săvoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Băcila, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Liviu Săvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Ciordaș in the 79th minute of the match. In the 82ndth minute of the game Flavius Mitruț who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Buzău's Liviu Săvoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iosif Trifu took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liviu Săvoiu. Liviu Săvoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Mitruț in the 92nd minute of play forced Borussia Buzău's goalkeeper Liviu Săvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes of play Borussia Buzău's Anton Tomoiu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Anton Tomoiu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The supporters of Forasti AC booed when Borussia Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Zub didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Forasti AC fully deserved thier win.
