When Radu Mironescu came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC Jiul Petrosani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radu Mironescu couldn't finish the play. Radu Mironescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Dragoş Cocârlă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI's Dragoş Cocârlă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Josan in the 12th minute of play. Dragoş Cocârlă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Josan in the 13th minute of the match. Mădălin Ecobescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmin Diaconu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Cosmin Diaconu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mădălin Ecobescu. FC Jiul Petrosani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosmin Diaconu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 24th minute, Cosmin Diaconu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Josan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Cocârlă having to interfere. When Liviu Mihaiu fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI's protests and gave Liviu Mihaiu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Mihaiu to maneuver through the defense. Dragoş Cocârlă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Mironescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, FC Jiul Petrosani's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Diaconu came free, but Mădălin Ecobescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iurie Luncaniță could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Mădălin Ecobescu made a huge save. Iurie Luncaniță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mădălin Ecobescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

If Manuel Josan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI's Dragoş Cocârlă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Scorţea in the 58th minute of play. Mădălin Ecobescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Diaconu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Jiul Petrosani's zone, Cosmin Diaconu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mădălin Ecobescu came out of the goal and Cosmin Diaconu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, FC Jiul Petrosani's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Luncaniță came free, but Mădălin Ecobescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Cosmin Diaconu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mădălin Ecobescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 74 played minutes YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Minda. In the 76th minute of the match Liviu Ardelean shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dragoş Cocârlă showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Radu Mironescu took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dragoş Cocârlă. Dragoş Cocârlă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Diaconu in the 83rd minute of play forced FC Jiul Petrosani's goalkeeper Mădălin Ecobescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Jiul Petrosani's Radu Mironescu got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manuel Drăghici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cosmin Diaconu struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Mădălin Ecobescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YR☆ VINTAGE TEAM BERCENI. FC Jiul Petrosani's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
