Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Martin Domuță made the kick off which started today's match. Martin Domuță charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Domuță the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FCSM PODARI's Martin Domuță got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Maxim Șofran was a little too slow when Leonard Murgu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Albert Penescu in the 8th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Feneris's Marcu Moșoiu. Leonard Murgu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mugurel Jucan's late challenge caught a Feneris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugurel Jucan helped the player get up and apologised. Mugurel Jucan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The supporters of Feneris booed when FCSM PODARI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan Ardeleanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Feneris's Răzvan Tufescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 17th minute, Martin Domuță made a precise shot to the right of Ovidiu Macovescu. Feneris's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 21st minute, Mugurel Jucan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When FCSM PODARI's Silviu Popic in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Feneris's goalie prevented a goal. Horia Semeghin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Maxim Șofran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Petre Musceleanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FCSM PODARI and the Feneris players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes FCSM PODARI got a freekick which was hit by Petre Musceleanu. Leonard Murgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Șofran having to interfere. Ovidiu Macovescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Domuță, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Mugurel Jucan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Mugurel Jucan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCSM PODARI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half FCSM PODARI were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonard Murgu made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Dragoş Ruşdea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidiu Macovescu. Dragoş Ruşdea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 57th match minute, FCSM PODARI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silviu Popic to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Feneris's Viorel Cănănău got a free kick in the 64th minute. When Mugurel Jucan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FCSM PODARI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mugurel Jucan couldn't finish the play. In the 71st match minute, Feneris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Murgu to maneuver through the defense. Mugurel Jucan came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ovidiu Macovescu could save by the left post. A collision led to Feneris getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Irinel Colin hit a great ball. A collision led to FCSM PODARI getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Petre Musceleanu hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcu Moșoiu during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match was over FCSM PODARI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Feneris throughout the match.
