Fc Dinamo 48's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sepcile Rosii Cluj-Napoca the free kick. A collision led to Fc Dinamo 48 getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Gelu Mihai hit a great ball. Robert Săndulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Andrițoiu in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Andrițoiu in the 10th minute of play forced Fc Dinamo 48's goalkeeper Robert Săndulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Romanescu scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Săndulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 played minutes Sepcile Rosii Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Răduțu. In the 21st minute, Vali Andrițoiu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Robert Săndulescu, passed just outside the right post. After 28 minutes of play, Fc Dinamo 48's Filip Elian made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gelu Mihai to make the kick off. The supporters of Sepcile Rosii Cluj-Napoca booed when Fc Dinamo 48 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Corlățean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Vali Andrițoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Săndulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Dinamo 48's zone, Vali Andrițoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Săndulescu came out of the goal and Vali Andrițoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Gelu Mihai reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexandru Lucrețiu. The goal made the score 2-2. Fc Dinamo 48 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sepcile Rosii Cluj-Napoca had controlled the match.
