Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AFC AMA BUZAU's Horia Zogreanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Fc Racari getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. After some careless play in the Fc Racari defense, Mihail Muncelean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silviu Zdrelea. The Fc Racari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silviu Zdrelea should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Racari's goalkeeper Silviu Zdrelea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marius Arnăuțoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Silviu Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horia Zogreanu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silviu Zdrelea saved Fc Racari from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Fc Racari's goalkeeper Silviu Zdrelea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remus Neguțu. Stelian Drâmbă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Vişan in the 24th minute of the match. After 34 minutes, Liviu Mihuleac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Racari and the AFC AMA BUZAU players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Liviu Mihuleac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Horia Zogreanu came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the AFC AMA BUZAU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horia Zogreanu couldn't finish the play. Remus Neguțu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silviu Zdrelea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horia Zogreanu in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silviu Zdrelea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th minute, Horia Zogreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC AMA BUZAU fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Ionuț Pumnu's late challenge caught a AFC AMA BUZAU's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionuț Pumnu helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Fc Racari got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Pumnu. After having played for 80 minutes, Horia Zogreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC AMA BUZAU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horia Zogreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silviu Zdrelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horia Zogreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC AMA BUZAU walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
