Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Nuțu took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Fotbal Club Craiova booed when F.C. Caciulati-Admiral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Hudiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Isac Scutaru fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's protests and gave Isac Scutaru a yellow card for diving instead. Isac Scutaru hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Victor Nuțu scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cezar Ilieș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 20 minutes, Victor Nuțu made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's Cezar Ilieș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fotbal Club Craiova's Marcel Bobeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mădălin Banciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panait Cojocaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's zone, Victor Nuțu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezar Ilieș came out of the goal and Victor Nuțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cezar Ilieș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mădălin Banciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mădălin Banciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Cezar Ilieș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Nuțu in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cezar Ilieș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Victor Nuțu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cezar Ilieș was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Tudor Macamete made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Nuțu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cezar Ilieș. That made the score 0-4 in the 52 minute of play. Cezar Ilieș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Nuțu in the 57th minute of play. If Stelian Durbac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mădălin Banciu might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cezar Ilieș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mădălin Banciu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the F.C. Caciulati-Admiral defense, Victor Nuțu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cezar Ilieș. The F.C. Caciulati-Admiral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cezar Ilieș should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Nuțu in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cezar Ilieș saved F.C. Caciulati-Admiral from getting behind. 78 minutes in the game, Victor Nuțu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cezar Ilieș having to interfere. In the 80thth minute of the game Mădălin Banciu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's Cezar Ilieș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute Victor Nuțu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezar Ilieș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Nuțus short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Cezar Ilieș to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 87 minutes of play, Fotbal Club Craiova's Victor Nuțu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cezar Ilieș was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Craiova's Mădălin Banciu got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Victor Nuțu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cezar Ilieș was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Fotbal Club Craiova's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
