Felix Romanescu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Isac Scutaru charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Scutaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Petru Baba came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FC Peretu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petru Baba couldn't finish the play. Anton Ciompec struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Cezar Ilieș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Peretu. FC Peretu's Petru Baba got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, FC Peretu's Anton Ciompec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cezar Ilieș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Petru Baba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, F.C. Caciulati-Admiral's goalkeeper Cezar Ilieș had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Ciompec. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Petru Baba managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Peretu's supporters rose to their feet, but Petru Baba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cezar Ilieș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the match, FC Peretu's Felix Romanescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cezar Ilieș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Petru Baba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Narcis Lopatnicu charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Caciulati-Admiral's zone, Horia Cinteză stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezar Ilieș came out of the goal and Horia Cinteză tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horia Cinteză sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anton Ciompec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Peretu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
