Horia Hârlău took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciprian Geamănu. Ciprian Geamănu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ciprian Geamănu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Isaia in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustinian Isaia in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciprian Geamănu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the game, Iustinian Isaia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ciprian Geamănu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciprian Geamănu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Hârlău in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Iustinian Isaia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciprian Geamănu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Horia Hârlău received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ciprian Geamănu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Horia Hârlău had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciprian Geamănu. Äç.Jökërül 89's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horia Hârlău was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 45 minutes, Constantin Chițu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fotinu AFC and the Äç.Jökërül 89 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Äç.Jökërül 89 booed when Fotinu AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantin Chițu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Äç.Jökërül 89's Vlad Bidulescu pulled a muscle in his back after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Marian Nedelea charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marian Nedelea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Äç.Jökërül 89 booed when Fotinu AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Nedelea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustinian Isaia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Geamănu having to make a save. Gică Ghiondea hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Iustinian Isaia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciprian Geamănu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Ciprian Geamănu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Isaia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Iustinian Isaia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fotinu AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iustinian Isaia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciprian Geamănu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Äç.Jökërül 89's Ciprian Geamănu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Isaia in the 67th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Fotinu AFC's Horia Hârlău stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Ciprian Geamănu stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Äç.Jökërül 89 of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Äç.Jökërül 89's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Isaia came free, but Ciprian Geamănu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Geamănu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Isaia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciprian Geamănu came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotinu AFC's Horia Hârlău. But to his dismay, Horia Hârlău quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. When Horia Hârlău came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Fotinu AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horia Hârlău couldn't finish the play. The Äç.Jökërül 89 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fotinu AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
