Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Horea Tudoran started the match with the kick off. Vlad Alb charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vlad Alb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to F.c.InterBucarest getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Vlad Alb hit a great ball. When Călin Tâlvescu came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Caraaci FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Călin Tâlvescu couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, F.c.InterBucarest's Vlad Alb got a free kick in the 17th minute. Petruț Mendrea was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 20th minute of the match Petruț Mendrea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilian Chiru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dorel Flamaropol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When F.c.InterBucarest's Mihăiţă Casian in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Caraaci FC's Gigi Mazăre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Flamaropol in the 36th minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Caraaci FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petrică Fecioru to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mihăiţă Casian made a kick off. Emilian Chiru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Călin Tâlvescu in the 54th minute of the match. When Dorel Flamaropol came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the F.c.InterBucarest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorel Flamaropol couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Caraaci FC's zone, Mihăiţă Casian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigi Mazăre came out of the goal and Mihăiţă Casian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Tudoran in the 60th minute of play forced F.c.InterBucarest's goalkeeper Emilian Chiru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Răzvan Homeag hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Călin Tâlvescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute of the match Petruț Mendrea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilian Chiru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grigore Teodor during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Caraaci FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Teodor to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorel Flamaropol got free with Gigi Mazăre in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mihăiţă Casian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gigi Mazăre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 played minutes F.c.InterBucarest got a freekick which was hit by Dorel Flamaropol. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caraaci FC had won after a very even match.
