FC Dinamo's Fabian Poplăcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ciuhandu in the 11th minute of play. Fabian Poplăcan came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by doctoreanu fc's Lucian Eniceicu. But to his dismay, Lucian Eniceicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 18th minute of the match Laurențiu Tărău sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Poplăcan skillfully saved the ball. If Iustinian Halipa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Iorgulescu in the 25th minute of play. Costel Iorgulescu scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Butuc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Căliman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of doctoreanu fc's Denis Butuc. Denis Butuc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to doctoreanu fc getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Petruț Balotă hit a great ball. FC Dinamo's Irinel Costandin got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, doctoreanu fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silviu Orădan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Iorgulescu in the 41st minute of play forced doctoreanu fc's goalkeeper Denis Butuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. doctoreanu fc's Denis Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Iorgulescu in the 44th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, FC Dinamo's Lucrețiu Căliman made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Butuc was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costel Iorgulescu was the one to do the kick off. Francisc Ciuhandu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisc Ciuhandu in the 54th minute of play forced FC Dinamo's goalkeeper Fabian Poplăcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucian Eniceicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costel Iorgulescu struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Denis Butuc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Dinamo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucrețiu Căliman got free with Denis Butuc in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Poplăcan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when doctoreanu fc's Lucian Eniceicu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Iustinian Halipa kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Dinamo booed when doctoreanu fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviu Orădan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Francisc Ciuhandu came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the doctoreanu fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisc Ciuhandu couldn't finish the play. FC Dinamo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
