Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) When Irinel Donici came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Panic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Irinel Donici couldn't finish the play. When Emanuel Trifănucă fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oslobeni's protests and gave Emanuel Trifănucă a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oslobeni getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Emanuel Trifănucă hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Oslobeni's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Donecea came free, but Dacian Tuleiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Donici could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Dacian Tuleiu made a huge save. When Panic's Costin Ţeica in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oslobeni's goalie prevented a goal. Gigi Zamfira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Bogdan Donecea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gigi Zamfira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Muncelean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costin Ţeica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Oslobeni's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Donecea came free, but Dacian Tuleiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigi Zamfira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Muncelean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dorin Horodincă might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dacian Tuleiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dorin Horodincă ran back to his position shaking his head. Dacian Tuleiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorin Horodincă in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Bogdan Donecea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dacian Tuleiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Bogdan Donecea came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Panic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Donecea couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Dorin Horodincă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dacian Tuleiu was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Dacian Tuleiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Donecea in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Oslobeni's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Horodincă came free, but Dacian Tuleiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorin Horodincă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dacian Tuleiu came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Panic's Bogdan Donecea. But to his dismay, Bogdan Donecea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Oslobeni's zone, Dorin Horodincă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacian Tuleiu came out of the goal and Dorin Horodincă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felix Muncelean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Iurașcu having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oslobeni players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Panic.
