Irinel Cozaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Marinică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, FC MITI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Marinică to maneuver through the defense. Marius Marinică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irinel Cozaru having to interfere. A collision led to Juguri getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Adam Sârbu hit a great ball. After 14 played minutes, FC MITI's Edgar Tache shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Irinel Cozaru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC MITI reached it. In the 15th minute of the match Sabin Turcan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudiu Marghescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emilian Visarion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudiu Marghescu having to make a save. After 17 minutes of play, Juguri's Emilian Visarion made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudiu Marghescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Juguri getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dan Mihălțan hit a great ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Emilian Visarion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MITI's Claudiu Marghescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dan Mihălțan might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudiu Marghescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Mihălțan ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC MITI's Emil Milcoveanu got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th match minute, Juguri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Sârbu to maneuver through the defense.

A collision led to Juguri getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Adam Sârbu hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, FC MITI's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dan Mihălțan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Romeo Stătescu came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC MITI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Stătescu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Visarion in the 70th minute of play forced FC MITI's goalkeeper Claudiu Marghescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Sârbu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nechifor Şumălan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudiu Marghescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Visarion in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC MITI's zone, Nechifor Şumălan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudiu Marghescu came out of the goal and Nechifor Şumălan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilian Visarion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Şumălan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Claudiu Marghescu made a huge save. In the 88th match minute, Juguri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Sârbu to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 92 in the game by Emilian Visarion from a close distance when the talented Claudiu Marghescu managed to make a qualified save. FC MITI's players were relieved. With a little luck, FC MITI's Claudiu Marghescu got control of the ball when Emilian Visarion tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juguri played a much better game than FC MITI and deserved their victory. The FC MITI players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
