Spectators: 6826 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gică Manta started the match with the kick off. In the 12th match minute, Bubulina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Petrescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Dan Buzilă shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ion Ene showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Vali Olăroiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ştefan Ştirbu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Ion Ene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Josan in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Bubulina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Manta came free, but Ion Ene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Ene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Manta, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, FC FuLgErU's Ştefan Ştirbu got control of the ball when Vali Olăroiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bubulina FC's Vali Olăroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mugurel Tolea in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ştefan Ştirbu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ştefan Ştirbu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Dijmărescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vali Olăroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ştefan Ştirbu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bubulina FC's Ion Ene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Damian in the 45th minute of play. Teodor Cârneci took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ştefan Ştirbu. FC FuLgErU's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vali Olăroiu made a kick off. If Vali Olăroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mugurel Tolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Ştirbu having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match Teodor Cârneci sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ştefan Ştirbu skillfully saved the ball. Bubulina FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after FC FuLgErU's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octav Bercea took the corner. Bubulina FC's Octav Bercea was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ştefan Ştirbu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bubulina FC's Ion Ene proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Bubulina FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in FC FuLgErU's zone, Mugurel Tolea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ştefan Ştirbu came out of the goal and Mugurel Tolea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Dărmănescu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The corner ended in Octav Bercea almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC FuLgErU's Ştefan Ştirbu did a great save. The long shot by David Dărmănescu in the 85th minute really tested Ion Ene's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Vali Olăroiu sped through FC FuLgErU's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ştefan Ştirbu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isac Damian got free with Ion Ene in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Bubulina FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
