After a defensive mix-up in FC FuLgErU's zone, Gică Păltineanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ştefan Ştirbu came out of the goal and Gică Păltineanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, FC FuLgErU's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Păltineanu came free, but Ştefan Ştirbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Gică Manta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Voitiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Ciupe hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mexicanii's Vintilă Voitiş got control of the ball when Isac Damian tried to sneak it across the goal line.
