In the 3rd minute Romeo Stătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Ene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ion Ene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Milcoveanu in the 5th minute of play. After 7 minutes, Vali Olăroiu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC MITI's Claudiu Marghescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 12 played minutes Bubulina FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristi Grigoriu. Gheorghe Maleș kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. When Bubulina FC's Vali Olăroiu in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC MITI's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Bubulina FC's Gheorghe Maleș got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Edgar Tache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ion Ene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Stătescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Romeo Stătescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Marius Marinică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ion Ene was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vali Olăroiu got free with Claudiu Marghescu in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Vali Olăroiu took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Claudiu Marghescu to make any attempt to save it. Mugurel Tolea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Vali Olăroiu lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Claudiu Marghescu. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Marius Marinică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ion Ene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudiu Marghescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mugurel Tolea went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Vali Olăroiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudiu Marghescu having to make a save. Mugurel Tolea kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marius Marinică in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ion Ene saved Bubulina FC from getting behind. Vali Olăroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ion Ene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Marinică, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Mugurel Tolea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bubulina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mugurel Tolea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rdth minute of the game Vali Olăroiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MITI's Claudiu Marghescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Bubulina FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Bubulina FC's Vali Olăroiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Vali Olăroiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudiu Marghescu was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the match, Bubulina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Marinică came free, but Ion Ene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bubulina FC fully deserved thier win.
