Mihail Irimescu made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Romeo Stătescu sent off a good shot on target. Claudiu Marghescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Scripcaru in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Dragoş Giugiuc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALLEGRIA . DDP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC MITI the free kick. FC MITI's Romeo Stătescu got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mihail Irimescu made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Romeo Stătescu sent off a good shot on target. When Romeo Stătescu came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the FC MITI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Stătescu couldn't finish the play. Marius Marinică received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mihail Irimescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Marius Marinică slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. When Marius Marinică came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC MITI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marius Marinică couldn't finish the play. Mihnea Scripcaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Cângea might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudiu Marghescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Cângea ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudiu Marghescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Scripcaru in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Sebastian Cângea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Claudiu Marghescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Sebastian Cângea made the kick off in the second half. Mihail Irimescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Stătescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ALLEGRIA . DDP getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Traian Schipor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Cângea in the 63rd minute of play forced FC MITI's goalkeeper Claudiu Marghescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Stătescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mihail Irimescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihail Irimescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Marinică in the 67th minute of play. After 69 played minutes FC MITI got a freekick which was hit by Marius Marinică. Mihnea Scripcaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Claudiu Marghescu made a huge save. Mihail Irimescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Marinică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Stătescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in ALLEGRIA . DDP's zone, Marius Marinică stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihail Irimescu came out of the goal and Marius Marinică tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ALLEGRIA . DDP getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Dragoş Giugiuc hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes, FC MITI's Edgar Tache shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mihail Irimescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC MITI reached it. Edgar Tache kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, ALLEGRIA . DDP's Iacob Macamete tried to score from far away in the 98th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. FC MITI's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
