Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC MINERUL's Claudiu Brănet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iordache Mustăcilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Emanuel Iancu made a huge save. Claudiu Brănet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Emanuel Iancu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Iancu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Brănet in the 15th minute of the match. Iordache Mustăcilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Iancu having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match, Claudiu Brănet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emanuel Iancu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Claudiu Brănet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Iancu having to make a save. Claudiu Brănet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Iancu having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Claudiu Brănet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Iancu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Iordache Mustăcilă struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Emanuel Iancu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC MINERUL. 38 minutes into the match, FC YoUnG BoYs's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Brănet came free, but Emanuel Iancu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordache Mustăcilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Emanuel Iancu made a huge save. The supporters of FC MINERUL booed when FC YoUnG BoYs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Mischie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Iancu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claudiu Brănet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. FC YoUnG BoYs were furious when Nae Covaliu was red carded, 49 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 51st minute, the referee gave FC MINERUL a penalty. Petru Țepeneag looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Emanuel Iancu. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Emanuel Iancu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Mustăcilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Claudiu Brănet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Iancu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 63rd minute, Cornel Lucrețiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Iordache Mustăcilă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Petru Țepeneag took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Iancu. FC YoUnG BoYs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emanuel Iancu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Brănet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Iordache Mustăcilă came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FC MINERUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iordache Mustăcilă couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Iancu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Mustăcilă in the 87th minute of the match. FC MINERUL's Claudiu Brănet got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, FC YoUnG BoYs's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Brănet came free, but Emanuel Iancu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 100th match minute, FC YoUnG BoYs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Claudiescu to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the FC MINERUL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
