Dragoş Ionițoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Avramescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Ionițoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Avramescu in the 19th minute of play. When Toader Taşcău fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UTA Arad 1945's protests and gave Toader Taşcău a yellow card for diving instead. Toader Taşcău kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Edgar Vârnav stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dragoş Ionițoiu. 1-0. Eugen Avramescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dragoş Ionițoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, UTA Arad 1945's Dragoş Ionițoiu got control of the ball when Cornel Lucrețiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC YoUnG BoYs's Eugen Avramescu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Adam Pordea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Emanuel Iancu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute Eugen Avramescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Ionițoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, FC YoUnG BoYs's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Pordea came free, but Emanuel Iancu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucian Boaru hit a great ball. Mihai Aristide struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Emanuel Iancu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UTA Arad 1945. Adam Pordea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC YoUnG BoYs's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adam Pordea 63 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Emanuel Iancu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Pordea in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Eugen Avramescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Ionițoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Iancu made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Mihai Aristide sent off a good shot on target. If Mihai Aristide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihai Aristide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mihai Aristide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Emanuel Iancu made a huge save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
