Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manole Urdăreanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tudor Pârvulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Nițescu in the 6th minute of play. Tudor Pârvulescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudiu Mocanu went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute Claudiu Mocanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Pârvulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Mironescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. If Manole Urdăreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Pelin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Manole Urdăreanus short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Nicolae Mironescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Manole Urdăreanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolae Mironescu was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Manole Urdăreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolae Mironescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Rapid 1923's Nicolae Mironescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Rapid 1923 from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudiu Mocanu to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Draghiceni's Nae Harnagea got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tudor Pârvulescu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Nae Nițescu sent off a good shot on target. After 59 minutes, Remus Savu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rapid 1923 and the Draghiceni players grew even worse after the yellow card. Remus Savu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Aristide Alucusan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Mironescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Draghiceni were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Rapid 1923's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manole Urdăreanu took the corner. Eduard Hârțan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Mironescu having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Draghiceni's Manole Urdăreanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolae Mironescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicolae Mironescu came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Draghiceni's Manole Urdăreanu. But to his dismay, Manole Urdăreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Manole Urdăreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolae Mironescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manole Urdăreanu's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Robert Grecescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudiu Mocanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tudor Pârvulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes in the game, Manole Urdăreanu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Robert Grecescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Draghiceni had played much better football throughout.
