The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Galactic Fc's Doru Dorlea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Văcărescu in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Galactic Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Tăgorean came free, but Doru Dorlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doru Dorlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Văcărescu in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Romeo Văcărescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doru Dorlea. Galactic Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Văcărescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute, Moise Vulcănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute Alexandru Bărănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Dorlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doru Dorlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matei Movileanu in the 26th minute of the match. Doru Dorlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Tăgorean in the 30th minute of play. If Moise Vulcănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doru Dorlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Tăgorean in the 39th minute of the match. Doru Dorlea came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandru Bărănescu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 62nd minute. Maxim Ecobescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manole Isaia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidiu Tăgorean got free with Doru Dorlea in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doru Dorlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Văcărescu in the 69th minute of the match. Ovidiu Tăgorean scored 0-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doru Dorlea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 78 minutes, Horaţiu Lițiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galactic Fc and the Crangu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Ovidiu Tăgorean could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Doru Dorlea however easily saved by the left post. Galactic Fc's Doru Dorlea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Galactic Fc from getting a goal against them.
