Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cilnicesti CS's goalkeeper Mugur Vâlcu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, ACS Unirea Curtești's Leonardo Ibar got control of the ball when Martin Vlăsiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 5th minute, Tiberiu Papadima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 7 minutes, Radu Ciompec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cilnicesti CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radu Ciompec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Martin Vlăsiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cilnicesti CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Vlăsiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Ibar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiberiu Papadima hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Francisc Remus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACS Unirea Curtești's Leonardo Ibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cilnicesti CS booed when ACS Unirea Curtești was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Papadima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Antohi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mugur Vâlcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Dacian Antohi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ACS Unirea Curtești's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Antohi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dacian Antohi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mugur Vâlcu came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by ACS Unirea Curtești's Dacian Antohi. But to his dismay, Dacian Antohi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eduard Hapaina struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Mugur Vâlcu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACS Unirea Curtești. Radu Ciompec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Leonardo Ibar made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisc Remus in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Ibar saved ACS Unirea Curtești from getting behind. Radu Ciompec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduard Hapaina to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Radu Ciompec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 56 minutes, Dacian Antohi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ACS Unirea Curtești's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Antohi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Cilnicesti CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Vlăsiu to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Vâlcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Hapaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mugur Vâlcu made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Dacian Antohi sent off a good shot on target. Eduard Hapaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mugur Vâlcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ACS Unirea Curtești's Eduard Hapaina got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Ibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisc Remus in the 69th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Cilnicesti CS's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Antohi came free, but Mugur Vâlcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Vlăsiu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Francisc Remus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dacian Antohi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Ibar came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Cilnicesti CS's Francisc Remus. But to his dismay, Francisc Remus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 94 minutes, Tiberiu Papadima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ACS Unirea Curtești and the Cilnicesti CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, ACS Unirea Curtești was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Papadima to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
