Aron Magheran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Andre Guy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Raducanu Cluj-Napoca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave International ACL the free kick. The supporters of International ACL booed when Raducanu Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Guy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavel Iuzbașa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nechifor Mustea's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Andre Guy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Raducanu Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andre Guy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Raducanu Cluj-Napoca's Nechifor Mustea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pavel Iuzbașa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nechifor Mustea in the 38th minute of play forced International ACL's goalkeeper Pavel Iuzbașa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Ursulescu got free with Pavel Iuzbașa in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42ndth minute of the game Nechifor Mustea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but International ACL's Pavel Iuzbașa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denis Ursulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Pavel Iuzbașa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nechifor Mustea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basarab Şoimu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Nechifor Mustea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pavel Iuzbașa was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. The supporters of Raducanu Cluj-Napoca booed when International ACL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Ursulescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Iuzbașa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. If Nechifor Mustea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Raducanu Cluj-Napoca's Nechifor Mustea in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nechifor Mustea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andre Guy struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Pavel Iuzbașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Raducanu Cluj-Napoca. Nechifor Mustea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freek Cranenburgh hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Raducanu Cluj-Napoca's Fabian Bodnar got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Raducanu Cluj-Napoca players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
