Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) F.C. Litoral Corbu's Ionel Țepeluș started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to F.C. Litoral Corbu getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Cornel Tănăsie hit a great ball. Iustin Voinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FCSB booed when F.C. Litoral Corbu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Tănăsie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Ionel Țepeluș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Panin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marin Boteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Siadbei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Pârlog, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Cornel Tănăsie got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aron Milescu. The supporters of F.C. Litoral Corbu booed when FCSB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Budulea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toader Panin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petru Hurmuzescu in the 29th minute of the match. Aron Milescu charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Milescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Sorin Pârlog made a precise shot to the right of Felix Siadbei. F.C. Litoral Corbu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ionică Romulus took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Siadbei. Felix Siadbei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 45th minute Sorin Pârlog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Siadbei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radu Hurmuzescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sorin Pârlog stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ionică Romulus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Ionică Romulus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felix Siadbei. That made the score 0-4 in the 55 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marin Boteanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toader Panin was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 62nd match minute, FCSB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Romulus to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as FCSB's Sorin Pârlog slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Felix Siadbei. That made the score 0-5 after 66 minutes of play. In the 71st minute of the match Costin Calciu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Siadbei skillfully saved the ball. Toader Panin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Hurmuzescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FCSB's Toader Panin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Hurmuzescu in the 74th minute of play. FCSB's Mihăiţă Nedelea was substituted for Iustin Voinescu. Ionică Romulus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes of play, FCSB's Valeriu Enășoiu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Siadbei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sorin Pârlog's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Siadbei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Ionică Romulus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Felix Siadbei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sorin Pârlog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
