Leontin Vintilescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Costică Beșleaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes, Toader Puișoru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C.Baia Mare and the Otetelisul players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to F.C.Baia Mare getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Toader Puișoru hit a great ball. If Leontin Vintilescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otetelisul's Nechifor Coman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Codruț Bistreanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Costică Beșleaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Otetelisul's Martin Enceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costică Beșleaga made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Martin Enceanu sent off a good shot on target. Martin Enceanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Costică Beșleaga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lucrețiu Bădulescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Costică Beșleaga. F.C.Baia Mare's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Leontin Vintilescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.Baia Mare's Costică Beșleaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.Baia Mare's zone, Martin Enceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costică Beșleaga came out of the goal and Martin Enceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Leontin Vintilescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costică Beșleaga was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. After 99 minutes, Leontin Vintilescu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. F.C.Baia Mare's Costică Beșleaga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Otetelisul had played much better football throughout.
