Stefy Club got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Şania. After having played for 4 minutes, Codrin Vişoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marcusi FCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Codrin Vişoiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Codruț Bute fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Cornoiu having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Vintilă Găvan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.S. Stefy Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marcusi FCM the free kick. After 8 played minutes A.S. Stefy Club got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Găvan. Teodor Cornoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Suciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Pavel Aluchei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cătălin Damian in the 14th minute. Pavel Aluchei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Donose in the 16th minute of the match. Cătălin Damian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Pavel Aluchei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.S. Stefy Club's Teodor Cornoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Suciu in the 22nd minute of play. Cătălin Damians short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Pavel Aluchei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adam Iftode during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adam Iftode kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Cătălin Damian came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the A.S. Stefy Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cătălin Damian couldn't finish the play. Cătălin Damian in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pavel Aluchei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Costin Suciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcusi FCM's Pavel Aluchei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Donose in the 44th minute of play. If Cătălin Damian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petrică Donose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petrică Donose made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Bute in the 59th minute of play forced A.S. Stefy Club's goalkeeper Teodor Cornoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodor Cornoiu came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Marcusi FCM's Costin Suciu. But to his dismay, Costin Suciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Petrică Donose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, A.S. Stefy Club's Teodor Cornoiu got control of the ball when Costin Suciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucian Ecobescu's late challenge caught a Marcusi FCM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucian Ecobescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes A.S. Stefy Club got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Ecobescu. Marcusi FCM's Pavel Aluchei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Donose in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cătălin Damian in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavel Aluchei saved Marcusi FCM from getting behind. Pavel Aluchei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Donose in the 90th minute of the match. Iosif Tremurici kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Marcusi FCM supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Marcusi FCM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
