Ferdinand Codreanu started the match with the kick off. Hidegvolgy CF's Iosif Chioreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Hidegvolgy CF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Hidegvolgy CF booed when Teodoresti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandru Codrescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Udrescu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Teodoresti FC's Iurie Gâdea got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ferdinand Codreanu struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ioan Neacșu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hidegvolgy CF. Hidegvolgy CF's Iosif Chioreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Hidegvolgy CF from getting a goal against them. Ciprian Ielciu charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciprian Ielciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ciprian Ielciu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ciprian Ielciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ioan Neacșu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hidegvolgy CF booed when Teodoresti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Casian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciprian Ielciu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ioan Neacșu having to make a save. Ioan Neacșu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toader Velicu in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Ferdinand Codreanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ioan Neacșu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Hidegvolgy CF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandru Codrescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Hidegvolgy CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Stolniciu to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Iosif Stolniciu suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 55 minutes, Alex Udrescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teodoresti FC and the Hidegvolgy CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Teodoresti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Udrescu to maneuver through the defense. Ioan Neacșu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ciprian Ielciu sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Teodoresti FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Iurie Gâdea hit a great ball. Sever Ciorăscu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iosif Chioreanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. When Teodoresti FC's Alexandru Codrescu, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Teodoresti FC. After having played for 70 minutes, Adrian Stratulat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teodoresti FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Stratulat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Adrian Stratulat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iosif Chioreanu was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Ciprian Ielciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Neacșu having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Teodoresti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iurie Gâdea to maneuver through the defense. Teodoresti FC's Mihnea Fărcășan was substituted for Alexandru Codrescu. Iurie Gâdea hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Stratulat in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iosif Chioreanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Stratulat in the 84th minute of play forced Hidegvolgy CF's goalkeeper Iosif Chioreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Stratulat in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Chioreanu saved Hidegvolgy CF from getting behind. Hidegvolgy CF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
