Razystus CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Iosif Micu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Pavelescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Vajla CSM getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Iosif Costandache hit a great ball. If Maxim Ştirbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Iosif Micu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vajla CSM's Daniel Pavelescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Balint in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergiu Chifan during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Razystus CS's Sergiu Chifan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The wind increased when Iosif Costandache made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Vajla CSM booed when Razystus CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Chifan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th match minute, Vajla CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Oprea to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Ştirbu in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Pavelescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iosif Costandache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Maleș having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, Iosif Costandache kicked in his highest speed and managed to shoot a ball that bounced on the left post and went on into the goal. Result 0-1. When Maxim Ştirbu came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Razystus CS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Ştirbu couldn't finish the play. Daniel Pavelescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Turceanu in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Maxim Ştirbu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Razystus CS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Iosif Costandache didn't quite understand what happened when in the 95 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In a very dangerous position, a player in Razystus CS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Laurențiu Maleș had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Iulian Oprea's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 98 minutes into the game, Iulian Oprea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Laurențiu Maleș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Vajla CSM supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vajla CSM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
