Güngör Çolakoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iustin Papaiani having to make a save. The supporters of Liga Lui BuNiCu booed when Fadimac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Brânzaș didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Güngör Çolakoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fadimac's zone, Iosif Barbu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iustin Papaiani came out of the goal and Iosif Barbu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iosif Barbu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Iustin Papaiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Iosif Barbu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liga Lui BuNiCu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Barbu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Fadimac got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Barbă. In the 22nd match minute, Fadimac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Hreapcă to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 24 minutes, Ivan Fințescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fadimac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Fințescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Liga Lui BuNiCu's Aurel Dobrin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Liga Lui BuNiCu from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Stelian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liga Lui BuNiCu's Emanuel Stelian got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filip Munteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Papaiani having to interfere. Ferdinand Stolojan charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdinand Stolojan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, one of Fadimac:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fadimac. Iustin Papaiani had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Sergiu Istrătescu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Fințescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Remus Văcaru struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Aurel Dobrin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fadimac. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Văcaru in the 58th minute of play forced Liga Lui BuNiCu's goalkeeper Aurel Dobrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liga Lui BuNiCu's Aurel Dobrin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Fințescu in the 60th minute of play. Iustin Papaiani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Güngör Çolakoğlu went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Iosif Barbu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Iustin Papaiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Güngör Çolakoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fadimac getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Gigel Blajovan hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iosif Barbu got free with Iustin Papaiani in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filip Munteanu's late challenge caught a Fadimac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Munteanu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Liga Lui BuNiCu's Filip Munteanu got a free kick in the 88th minute. Iustin Papaiani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iosif Barbu in the 91st minute. Güngör Çolakoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Fadimac fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Liga Lui BuNiCu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
