An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Ponor in the 9th minute of play forced -MZE- FC Bals's goalkeeper Cristian Măndica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelian Ponor in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Măndica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manole Isvoreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cristian Măndica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Aron Ciucă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Rucăreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olimpiu Tudor got free with Romeo Rucăreanu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manole Uzuneanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelian Ponor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ACSMU Poli's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelian Ponor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Măndica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manole Uzuneanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. With a left leg Romeo Rucăreanu saved ACSMU Poli from getting behind. The supporters of -MZE- FC Bals booed when ACSMU Poli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sever Sântimbrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Aurelian Ponor notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of -MZE- FC Bals's Cristian Măndica. Cristian Măndica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the match, -MZE- FC Bals's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Ponor came free, but Cristian Măndica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Manole Uzuneanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACSMU Poli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Aurelian Ponor struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cristian Măndica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACSMU Poli. The -MZE- FC Bals supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ACSMU Poli's performance. The match ended with a win for ACSMU Poli.
