ACSMU Poli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papa the free kick. Bogdan Oncu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Romeo Rucăreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Manta in the 10th minute of play. Daniel Tripon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manole Uzuneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Cozac having to interfere. Dumitru Ficsinescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Teodor Cozac. Papa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dumitru Spiridon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, one of ACSMU Poli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With his leg Teodor Cozac managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when ACSMU Poli's Bogdan Oncu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Teodor Cozac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Oncu in the 32nd minute. A hard shot 33 in the game by Bogdan Oncu from a close distance when the talented Teodor Cozac managed to make a qualified save. Papa's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Papa's Viorel Tăbăcaru got a free kick in the 51st minute. Bogdan Oncu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Teodor Cozac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Oncu might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodor Cozac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bogdan Oncu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Bogdan Oncu managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACSMU Poli's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Oncu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodor Cozac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes of play, ACSMU Poli's Manole Isvoreanu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodor Cozac was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bogdan Oncu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Cozac having to interfere. In the 79th minute of the match ACSMU Poli got a corner. Papa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dumitru Ficsinescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ACSMU Poli's Dumitru Ficsinescu to fire away a dangerous shot which Teodor Cozac despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. David Manta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Rucăreanu having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodor Cozac showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Papa's zone, Bogdan Oncu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodor Cozac came out of the goal and Bogdan Oncu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dumitru Ficsinescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Teodor Cozac. Papa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee ended the match the ACSMU Poli players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
