Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Irinel Staicu kicked off to start the match. If Irinel Staicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Câmpeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Horaţiu Petru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Licuriciu's Horaţiu Oravițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Surugiu in the 15th minute of play. Gheorghe Câmpeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Horaţiu Petru made a huge save. Eusebiu Stamate kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Stelian Surugiu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. FC HOLT's Horaţiu Petru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC HOLT from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FC HOLT's Horaţiu Petru got control of the ball when Irinel Staicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gheorghe Câmpeanu got free with Horaţiu Petru in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irinel Staicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Petru having to interfere. Horaţiu Petru made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Irinel Staicu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gheorghe Câmpeanu got free with Horaţiu Petru in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horaţiu Petru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Staicu in the 44th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes FC HOLT got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Stamate. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stelian Surugiu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Irinel Staicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Petru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Petru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Staicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Irinel Staicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Petru having to interfere. When Irinel Staicu came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Licuriciu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Irinel Staicu couldn't finish the play. Remus Lăzan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Irinel Staicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Horaţiu Petru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horaţiu Petru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Staicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Irinel Staicu in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horaţiu Petru saved FC HOLT from getting behind. After 89 minutes, Octav Mocanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC HOLT and the Licuriciu players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC HOLT getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Octav Mocanu hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, FC HOLT's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Staicu came free, but Horaţiu Petru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Licuriciu's Horaţiu Oravițan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Licuriciu from getting a goal against them. Licuriciu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
