Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nae Ioviță in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcel Alupoaie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Matei Caciulescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Alupoaie. AS Roma-nia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matei Caciulescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Marcel Alupoaie didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cosbuc UFC's Nae Ioviță shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 48thth minute of the game Matei Caciulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Roma-nia's Marcel Alupoaie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nae Ioviță made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, AS Roma-nia's goalkeeper Marcel Alupoaie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matei Caciulescu. If Emilian Verzeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matei Caciulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosbuc UFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
