Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) FC Lazu -Stiinta-'s Nechifor Molodețiu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Iurie Lovin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Lazu -Stiinta- and the FC Vointa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iurie Lovin kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Albert Chilian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Petre Drăgan made a huge save. In the 5th match minute, FC Lazu -Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Stamate to maneuver through the defense. After 13 played minutes FC Lazu -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Lovin. Petre Bara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Moldovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Lazu -Stiinta- booed when FC Vointa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Papadache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calistrat Dudău kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Nicu Șeimeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vointa's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicu Șeimeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Bara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicu Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Bara having to interfere. Maxim Moldovan struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Petre Bara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Vointa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Pătrășconiu in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petre Bara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicu Șeimeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silviu Pătrășconiu made a kick off. Nicu Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Bara having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, FC Vointa's Maxim Moldovan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Bara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nechifor Molodețiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Silviu Pătrășconiu put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Petre Bara. In the 70th minute, Nistor Dudea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Pătrășconiu in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petre Bara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silviu Pătrășconiu in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petre Bara saved FC Lazu -Stiinta- from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Lazu -Stiinta-'s Octav Stamate got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 90 played minutes FC Vointa got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Aurelianu. Valentin Giubelean took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Petre Bara. FC Lazu -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
