Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Costică Mihădaș started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, Sergiu Botgros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SCORPIONII's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergiu Botgros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Maxim Gurlui managed to get in a good position for a shot. SCORPIONII's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxim Gurlui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Zâncă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th match minute, Bobocea CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Isaia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bobocea CS's zone, Sergiu Botgros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Zâncă came out of the goal and Sergiu Botgros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes SCORPIONII got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Ştefănică. 19 minutes into the match, Bobocea CS's Eusebiu Isaia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Costică Mihădaș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sever Muncelean's late challenge caught a Bobocea CS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sever Muncelean helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes SCORPIONII got a freekick which was hit by Sever Muncelean. Dorel Poenaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costică Mihădaș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costel Abutnăriței could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Dorel Poenaru made a huge save. Dorel Poenaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Mihădaș in the 39th minute of the match. If Costel Abutnăriței had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costel Abutnăriței who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Dorel Poenaru when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The referee ignored SCORPIONII's protests and gave Lucian Cerghizan a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes SCORPIONII got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Cerghizan. Maxim Gurlui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dorel Poenaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Abutnăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There was no doubt that Bobocea CS were the better team. Bobocea CS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
