Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iustin Tărâţă started the match with the kick off. Maxim Oblemenco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Romanescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicodim Preda. Potingani FCM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidiu Romanescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ovidiu Romanescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nicodim Preda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Silisteni's Fabian Obreja dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Potingani FCM's Nicodim Preda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Obreja in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Ovidiu Romanescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silisteni's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidiu Romanescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicodim Preda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Potingani FCM's Iustin Tărâţă in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silisteni's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Potingani FCM's goalkeeper Nicodim Preda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidiu Romanescu. In a very dangerous position, a player in Silisteni fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Manole Braniște showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Encescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Potingani FCM's Nicodim Preda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Potingani FCM from getting a goal against them. Rareș Dumitru tried in the 44th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Nicodim Preda a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Romanescu in the 53rd minute of play forced Potingani FCM's goalkeeper Nicodim Preda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Focșa during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Silisteni defense, Doru Lovinescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manole Braniște. The Silisteni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manole Braniște should have stopped the shot. Maxim Oblemenco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicodim Preda having to interfere. Ivan Buciuman hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute of the match Filip Focșa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicodim Preda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Potingani FCM getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Nechifor Encescu hit a great ball. Manole Braniște made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doru Lovinescu in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doru Lovinescu got free with Manole Braniște in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 played minutes Silisteni got a freekick which was hit by Filip Focșa. 81 minutes into the game, Iustin Tărâţă recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manole Braniște. Iustin Tărâţă showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. In the 86th minute, Ovidiu Romanescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silisteni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. 90 minutes into the game, Valeriu Fințescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Silisteni's Ivan Buciuman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nicodim Preda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Buciuman in the 91st minute of the match. Ivan Buciuman charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Buciuman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Silisteni getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ivan Buciuman hit a great ball.
