Spectators: 7514 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 149) Barbosu FC's Sebastian Anisie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Petruț Tilea made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Adrian Horațiu sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute, Dacian Leu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Petruț Tilea. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 15th match minute, Barbosu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cazimir Miclauș to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 22 minutes, Sebastian Anisie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbosu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Anisie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th match minute, YBB ARENA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinu Manciulescu to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Anisie might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petruț Tilea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Anisie ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Petruț Tilea managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Barbosu FC's Fabian Damian fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dacian Leu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Petruț Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind YBB ARENA's goalkeeper Petruț Tilea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Dacian Leu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbosu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Leu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Costică Costea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, YBB ARENA's Adam Gavrilescu got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petru Bornescu to make the kick off. Petruț Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Anisie in the 54th minute of play. Costică Costea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petruț Tilea having to make a save. Petruț Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Anisie in the 62nd minute of the match. Sebastian Anisie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Octav Glodeanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petruț Tilea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Costică Costea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Silviu Bulzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petruț Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Anisie, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Costică Costea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Petruț Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Horațiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petruț Tilea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Mihai Beșleaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barbosu FC's Fabian Damian got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Octav Glodeanu came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Barbosu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octav Glodeanu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Damian in the 93rd minute of play forced YBB ARENA's goalkeeper Petruț Tilea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sebastian Anisie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barbosu FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
