Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gheorghe Nanu to make the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Iulian Buzescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centurion Lions's Sergiu Bîlbă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Centurion Lions's Șerban Crișan got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Tociloasa UFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
