Virgil Pătran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Boștină, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Gabriel Harhoiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zlatarei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bilghez AS the free kick. Gabriel Harhoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Andrei Dragota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Cosmin Corbea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Virgil Pătran showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Manuel Ţintă made a precise shot to the right of Virgil Pătran. Zlatarei's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Bilghez AS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. George Chiose hit a great ball. Manuel Ţintă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Pătran having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Ion Melinescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anton Boștină had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costel Jerca during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zlatarei's Costel Jerca got a free kick in the 27th minute. Manuel Ţintă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zlatarei's Virgil Pătran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Boștină in the 37th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Anton Boștină who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zlatarei's Virgil Pătran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Anton Boștină cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Virgil Pătran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgil Pătran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Boștină in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Bilghez AS were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Costel Jerca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Zlatarei's Virgil Pătran got control of the ball when Manuel Ţintă tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Zlatarei's Valeriu Cipău seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valeriu Cipău the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Zlatarei protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valeriu Cipău had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Virgil Pătran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Boștină in the 66th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Bilghez AS's Anton Boștină dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 97th match minute, Bilghez AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosmin Corbea to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Anton Boștină managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bilghez AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Boștină was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgil Pătran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Zlatarei fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bilghez AS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
